About Me
My name is Haveyn Stooksbury. I am a mother to a little boy. To say I am blessed is a total understatement. My dream in life has always been to help mothers bring their children into this world, because birth can be a difficult task if you do not have the right support.
Having a baby does not mean your life is over; however, it means your life is about to begin. The transition from not having children to having children is different for a new mother and father, or added on more children the transition from one to two. It can be stressful not knowing what a cry means or what they are wanting or even just the lack of sleep. Myself as a doula wants to come along on your hospital or home journey with you while you birth your child to make the transition as easy as possible!

Services
Home Visits
I offer home visits leading up to birth, during birth, and after birth. However, I do not offer over night stays unless we work something out in advance. If you are giving birth, I will stay in the hospital overnight, if you feel more comfortable.
Lactation Consultant
I had a breastfed child and learned breastfeeding in and out. I will gladly instruct you on the things I have learned during my journey; however, there are more resources at hand about lactation if you want more information than I can give.
Birth & Postpartum Doula
I will stand side by side with you and your family throughout you birth. I will do things that you need help with as a new mother and father. I will gladly do what I need to, to make your transition of becoming a family as easy as possible.
